Gift Card Terms & Conditions

1. Gift Cards from Silver Rain Silver are available in £ Sterling and can be redeemed on our website at www.silverrainsilver.com. They may be used towards the full or partial payment of any purchase. Please note, purchases made using gift cards are not eligible for cash refunds.

2. The validity period for Gift Cards is 12 months from the date of purchase. Silver Rain Silver will not assume liability for any funds not utilized within this timeframe. Additionally, it is not possible to extend the validity of any Gift Cards beyond their original expiration date.

3. E-Gift Cards will be sent directly to the recipient's email address within one hour after the purchase has been made.

4. In the event that a Silver Rain Silver Gift Card is lost, stolen, or damaged, it will not be replaced or refunded. Furthermore, Silver Rain Silver will not be liable for any unauthorized use of the card's funds.

5. It is important to verify the quantity of Gift Cards immediately upon receipt. Should there be any discrepancies, these must be reported promptly. Silver Rain Silver will not accept responsibility for any reported shortages or losses of Gift Cards that are not communicated to us within three days of their purchase.

6. All orders require payment to be cleared before dispatch. Payment is processed at the time of purchase. Transactions on your credit/debit card statement will appear as Silver Rain Silver LTD. We reserve the right to refuse any order without explanation.

7. Silver Rain Silver Gift Cards cannot be converted into cash. Any Gift Cards that have been defaced, altered, or cancelled will be considered invalid.

8. Promotional discount codes are not applicable for the purchase of Gift Cards and E-Gift Cards. This exclusion applies to all promotional events including Black Friday sales, newsletter sign-up bonuses, and any other promotions unless specified otherwise.

9. In cases of refunds where gift cards are part of a split payment, the refund will be processed back onto the Gift Card first, followed by any secondary payment methods used.
